My child had his first appointment with them after threatening to harm himself , clearly in a bad place and turns cps on us instead of helping my child. Then cancels him from practice because he went on a month vacation and couldn’t do a video call or anything due to a vacation they cancelled him. No idea how they are still running at all!

Worst Medical Experience Ever If I could give a zero I absolutely would. These people are the nastiest coldest most unkind people ever (minus a handful of the nurses who were very kind) Dr Vallaro should not be practicing and if you want to feel the worst you’ve ever felt about yourself you can go to him. Legitimately accused me of being a manipulator and a scammer for trying to get help. They don’t provide clarity or answers to anything and treat you like a criminal. If you need help get it but never come to this place-it’s... read more

Fire Mark Varallo ! My experience was awful i was upfront with the doctor of how i felt and he just acted like i was a inconvenience when i was in mental crisis, i got more help from the nurses than that "doctor". He made remarks about me using the stabilizing medication ,not participating with everyone after he said he doesn't know why i'm still there and being there for so long after struggling with mental health for years and being in crisis. I said i was scared to go home because i was gonna hurt myself and ended up in j... read more

I’ve been using their services for a lot of years. As soon as you enter , your met with a person at the window. Wait time is never longer than 10 mins and if it goes beyond that , simply for to the check in window to let them know what’s happening with appts. I have never met a single Dr, NP, nurse or therapist that is rude there. I’d say this, maybe the client was rude and demanding. I’ll controlled use their services as long as they are there.

Half the people in the mental health building should not be working in mental health. Except for the nurses the staff are not empathetic and or helpful at all. The lady behind the desk is very rude and does not listen to what you actually say. They act like they’re better than you. They dont explain why they do things, they just ignore your questions and talk down to you. The doctor was also not consoling at all he was extremely rude and demeaning he should NOT have a medical degree and needs to check his bed side manner, wh... read more
