I’ve been using their services for a lot of years. As soon as you enter , your met with a person at the window. Wait time is never longer than 10 mins and if it goes beyond that , simply for to the check in window to let them know what’s happening with appts. I have never met a single Dr, NP, nurse or therapist that is rude there. I’d say this, maybe the client was rude and demanding. I’ll controlled use their services as long as they are there.

Half the people in the mental health building should not be working in mental health. Except for the nurses the staff are not empathetic and or helpful at all. The lady behind the desk is very rude and does not listen to what you actually say. They act like they’re better than you. They dont explain why they do things, they just ignore your questions and talk down to you. Wonderful and caring people, with helpful and positive attitude. The waiting room is not the best and a bit loud, but I've been going for over a year and will continue . I am grateful they are there.
