I always have a good visit. I really liked my hygienist, Maddy, today tho. She took her time, wasn’t really rough and made my cleaning a pleasant one. I’ve always had a good experience there. I would recommend them to anyone.
I was grateful they could get me in same day, but I did not feel like a person here. The assistant was amazing but then the densist came in, didn't aknowlege me, poked and hit my teeth, rambled off a few things, and then left. The assistant asked if I had any questions and I said "What?" She had to explain everything to me because I had no idea what the dentist was talking about. The hygienist was so kind but this by far was the most painful cleaning I've had. (And I take good care of my gums and teeth).
Warning! Dr Whiting is very dishonest. After doing poor work on my husbands bridge he refused to honor the warranty when it broke only a few months after installation. He blames my husband’s bite. I guess the bridge was not meant to be used, only looked at? He took 2 months wages from us, self-pay (no insurance), and we have nothing to show for it. He only wants money and doesn’t care about the patient. Beware!
