Not pleased. Extremely poor communication which, despite a contract signed by a judge, turns into a he said she said communication with this office. Despite being the custodial parent ever time leading up to signing paperwork (and thereafter) I felt like I was legitimately the most stupid person on earth for asking for help in this process. Do not come here unless you want to make your stress worse on top of being a single parent doing all the heavy lifting.
What a joke, I made a mistake. Didn't know the other parent was served. So, I missed court hearing he did as well. Secretary rude, attorney decided minimum. It's about the kids. Yet, they are punished for my mistake.
Useless.
