Hopefully you never need to call these people, they absolutely suck at there job and can't give you any information you absolutely have to show up to get them to actually work for their check.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by this child support agency. Despite having three children with their father, they chose to close my case while keeping another mother's case open with just one child, even going so far as to request closure through my state for approval. Shout out to the Green River office. I have had a few interactions with them. They were very professional and conducted themselves very well. Quite the contrast in staffing compared to the State level staffing. The State level customer service was quite terrible when talking with the State Dispersment Unit. I have been in customer service my whole life. The staff at the state were rude and treat you as if you are a criminal. I know that I'm a man and I'm the one receiving the support but it is very frustrating that the state doesn't pursue my ex wife to the extent the pursue the men who owe child support. I don't call and bug them about support but I get the cold shoulder and treated like a criminal every time I do call. They treat men much worse than the women.
