The crestwood cabinets are HORRIBLE quality. They were an expensive “upgrade”. The sheen is splotchy and after cleaning they look dirty and greasy. I’ve painted several kitchen cabinets that looked wayyy better than these. The paint started chipping right away. Doors are flimsy. Install and customer service less than stellar. When u pay $35,000 for cabinets it should be top notch. I’m usually not a negative person, just like my money well spent. Would not go back.

WBS supplied many products for our new home. We moved in 2 years ago and discovered that the screens they installed on our windows are not correct and do not fit properly. They cannot be removed. WBS knew this at the time and did not inform us. When discovered in April if this year we contacted them and they came and looked and concurred. To date they are still not replaced. They have promised us multiple times they would be deliver and installed on certain dates! I am to the point I will hire an attorney to get this resolve... read more
