Good service for the most part, but pricey and long waits! I waited on the phone for a long time to schedule an appointment, I waited in the lobby before my appointment, and then after the appointment was over with, I had to wait to check out. Luckily, it was on my day off and I wasn't in a hurry. Otherwise, this would have been a major problem. A few of the vets are here are great, technicians and front staff are good, but Dr. Coffman is curt and pushy. I've ended up spending way more money when my pet was seen by her or Dr. Rushlow, who I believe are the owners. The other dr's (can't remember their names, but one is an older woman and the other two are younger women) are really nice, very knowledgeable, my pets were taken care of, and my visits cost way less than with the owner vets. I will not be taking my pets there. I know both current and past employees, and while the staff practices good medicine, has up to date technology, are educated, and seem to genuinely care for your pets, the owners/head vets (Coffman/Rushlow) are money hungry and do not treat their staff well, which has a trickle-down affect on the rest of the staff and organization as a whole.
