They closed my account in error prematurely. Guaranteed in writing to complete the three creditors remaining as the closure was their error. Refuse to acknowledge or answer this. Leaving me to deal with negotiating and balances that I paid to have managed. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I have reached out numerous times to allow an opportunity to fulfill their obligation.

I was working with Wyolaw firm to resolve credit card debt. I sent them a notification in 2022 indicating one of my accounts ended up having a judgement against it. Wyolaw litigation department sent the creditor correspondence to let them know that they were representing me and to work with them directly. Fast forward to Jan 2024 and NOTHING had been resolved.
