Unsolicited requests to buy our home at a value that won’t even cover our mortgage! This is a despicable practice and the problem with the housing market in Laramie! We purchased our home to get out of the vicious and predatory rental market just to have them try to put us right back into it it’s a big NO and should be the same for anyone else!
