This office and staff are very inappropriate, the fact that the office staff who aren't licensed or allowed to access or share private medical records like jokes is a level of unethical practice that I truly hope nobody takes a part in, there are more qualified actual Hippocratic practitioners that actually practice medicine rather than play Pac-Man and make discriminative unethical view points about patients records. If you want to spend hours waiting and watching people come and go and have the absolute worst service from the staff there and never have your medication on time. The administrative assistant at that location lacks the necessary skills to perform her duties. She may become visibly upset and act in an unprofessional manner towards your partner for speaking on your behalf, as you also find her behavior intolerable.
