tired of how ppl get paid on the 1st of month and cant get our money because you guys want to constantly change hrs. hope to god the drive thru is open i have to pay on stuff. will be closing my account soon.

this small town bank does not offer small town service. usually you receive kind and helpful service from a Small Town Bank. reliant is not one of those the customer service is absolutely the rudest I have ever dealt with and I could not wait to pay my loan off and get out of that bank as fast as possible. I even paid my loan off early so I didn't ever have to deal with those people again..
