They used to be my credit union; however, I recently received my account balance that stated a "dormant account fee" of $25.00 was deducted from my account. I paid off a truck loan and a camper loan with them...in full and early! You'd think they wouldn't penalize a loyal member and actually encourage savings. NOT recommended.

seriously not impressed. no communication, management is unwilling to talk to customers (I found that out after 3 separate phone calls to the downtown branch), & poor customer service. avoid this place if you can.
West side drive up hours do not work for people who work. Inconvenient to have to go clear downtown.
I love my credit union! I usually use the downtown branch, and the folks are so friendly, they know me by name and have always treated me well.
