I have made many trips to the Wynyard vet for issues over the years, with both pets and wildlife, and their staff and care are second to none. Every vet I have seen is so friendly, knowledgeable and sensitive - which is a lot of comfort at such emotional times. The out of hours response time has always been incredibly quick, with help and advice at hand whenever needed. They're such a lovely team to work with, I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else!
Do not under any circumstances take your pets to Wynyard Veterinary Clinic. We took our cat Pixie into the Wynyard Veterinary Clinic on Monday the 24th of March because we found her laying on the floor in a pool of her own urine, and she was unable to stand up or move around the night prior. She had ulcers all throughout her mouth, which the vets claimed that were just from her biting her mouth. They took bloods and gave her fluids and pain meds, and also conducted an ultrasound.
