Obnoxious staff. Not only will the dentist berate you in Infront of your child any chance she can get. After leaving my child's appointment i reentered the building to use the toilet. Whilst there i over heard both the dentist and assistant gossiping about me and my child and another child who had an appointment prior to us arriving. The things said were utterly disgusting and they should both be extremely ashamed of themselves. Also the music played during the appointment was inappropriate for children.
