While the medical care provided by the doctor is exceptional, the front desk experience is consistently poor. The receptionist, Carolyn is dismissive and unprofessional, often failing to acknowledge patients or responding with unnecessary hostility. Her demeanor creates a very unwelcoming environment that does not reflect the high standards of the clinical staff.
He is like a angel , he takes care of every fine aspect symptoms, gives you time to talk and at same time pays attention to every detail, I was a anesthesiologist in my own country india , and have worked in many countries as one before coming to Canada, it's rare to find a good doctor like him , very kind soul . May god help other doctors be like him .
I’ve been a patient of Dr. William Wynveen for 16+ years now and I wouldn’t ask for a better healthcare provider than him and the staff is just amazing. Caroline is so friendly, kind and professional. Thank y’all and keep up the great work.
