Doctor Wynveen and staff, are very helpful and courteous.
Never answers the phone calls. My Dr. Has made several attempts to contact Dr. Wynveen's office to transfer medical files with no resolve. At this point I wonder how a medical practitioner can be so absent and non responsive to the needs of his patients.
I have been a patient of Dr.Wynveen for many years. He has always been so kind, understanding and reassuring with me. He has never steered me wrong! Carolyn is a sweetheart. She is a busy woman who keeps the front of the house moving like a well oiled machine! I will be so sad the day he retires. It is hard to find a doctor you trust these days!
They do not answer the phone. The voicemail has not been updated from last week.
