I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Wynstan Toukley. The first photo is what I was left with after their third attempt at installing my veri shade blind. The second photo is the solution I had to come up with and pay for after Wynstan gave up on me and put my blind installation in the “too hard basket.” This is after they forgot to order my blinds after I paid for them and I had to wait several months longer than promised.
Completely disapppinted in the product and service. Told a product is made to measure but there were big gaps left around it. The inital guy who came to measure couldn't measure upstairs because he didn't have a ladder. Was told the installer would do a remeasure but it never happened. Waited a month for and had to chase up warranty call. Head office never bothered to follow up and return a call. The installer would also randomly turn up. Won't be using this company again. Wynstan at Toukley have been a pleasure to deal with, Cathy in the showroom, Terry who came out and provided a quote and finally Alex installing all our shutters. Total professionalism and great customer service.
Had to wait weeks on end after payment and repeated phone calls to get an install date. Shutters finally installed and WOW . . . they don't fit properly. Several phone calls and excuses given before a promise to install timber to complete the install. several weeks now and still waiting. Taking this issue to Fair Trading.
