We’ve had a pretty smooth experience up until installation time. Mohammad contacted us to schedule a day for install, I missed the call and had to chase him for days to finally get the installation scheduled, which was for an early morning install (between 8-9:30am). My husband also took the morning off work to be home for this. Had the most wonderful experience with Wynstan Mosman. Starting with the office to book my appointment and speaking with Hayley who was not only effective but very kind and sympathetic to my experience with another office. Hayley made an appointment with Eric for a quote for my unit. Eric was prompt, a pleasure to work with and helpfully advised on best options for the numerous floor to ceiling windows. Would definitely recommend and use Mosman branch again.
Wynstan Mosman were so friendly and helpful from the free quote and measure stage, all the way up until the install - shout out to Cameron who was great to deal with, I’m so happy with my new flyscreens! Turnaround was quick and easy
