This experience occurred well over a year ago, but after taking some time to reflect, I still feel it’s important to share. I attended this clinic for around four years and had a regular GP there. When I called to make an appointment, I was informed that my doctor had left the clinic. Waiting for an 8.30 Telehealth appt at 9.40am. Rang twice clueless people. I asked how you could be over an hour behind for an appt that was first up. This place is embarrassing. Dont get sick and go here.

The Monotony of it all

I called to get an appt for my son this morning to have a blood test for hormone levels related to AUTISM, ADHD. The person I spoke to, not only didn’t listen with respect to what I wanted (Telehealth appt), but was completely unprofessional as to how she went about dealing with my repeated request for a Telehealth appt. Appalling!
