Don't go here if you're chronically unwell and need a reliable clinic. For my 1st appointment my doctor wasn't even in that day and they did not tell me until I turned up to my appointment. My 4th appointment was made via phone call to also get prescription injection done which come to find out after already collecting my injection from the chemist that they never put my appointment into the system. I am extremely unwell with very limited energy in the day to do things and this can make me bedbound for the next couple of day... read more

Great experience. Went in for a full body skin check (40 minute appointment) at 9:10am. The doctor was somehow already 15 minutes late but made up for it by completing this “comprehensive” appointment in under 10 minutes! Don’t worry though, he still charged $250 for the service. Avoid this practice – misleading advertising and poor service. We visited this clinic for ear micro-suction as advertised. My husband and child both had ear issues, and we specifically came for treatment. However, after just a brief 5-minute consultation, the doctor simply advised using ear drops at home and did nothing further, despite both patients insisting they needed help.
