Once a local family business, this clinic has joined the corporate model of 'time is money'. My 16yo dog had cancer and the time came for euthenaisia. Unfortunately, her last moments were torturous, due to the lack of care and attention for her comfort before administering injections. After difficult cannulation, she was not given adequate time to calm down before administering the lethal injection. She died screaming Don't take your dog here for complex treatment.

My partner called ahead to confirm if this vet stocked our cat’s prescribed Hills diet food. Over the phone, we were told the total price for both the wet cans and the dry food would be $140, which was great as many places in Gatton charge much more. However, when we arrived, we were charged over $200 instead. We were told by Kerry (I believe that was her name) that the person we had spoken to on the phone was not available. This was very disappointing, as we had relied on the information given before making the trip.
