Have been coming to this practice for sometime now and find the doctors always take the time to help me and make sure I feel listened to. The receptionist as so lovely and kind and helpful when you call everyone there try’s to make your experience as easy as can be. Our whole family is well looked after and I can’t recommend them enough.
Made a mental health appointment... Was supposed to wait the usual 2 weeks ... Dr Podigeil comes out and says he'll take me in a week, on a Tuesday. Life gets busy and confusing. Expecting the normal SMS confirmation the day before. Nothing comes. Call reception to find out that my appointment was the day before and that Chris Podigeil "no longer wants as a patient, because I missed too many appointments" ... ? ? Dr Podagiel is an excellent health professional who I’d highly recommend. Jacinta and Judith are also very welcoming receptionists.
A fantastic practice with very friendly staff that provide great care. Both my wife and I go here. Recommended them without reservation.
