WFJ seriously need to take accountability for their work. They had to redo the rhodium plating on my ring 3 times, the product has still warn off after 6 months, the ring was also resized, later the diamond fell out, thank goodness I found it, however they refused to reset it, finding every excuse to divert from their poor workmanship.
Dropped my dad’s watch in on Thursday afternoon for a battery replacement and told it would be ready Saturday and they’d call me. Never heard back. Went and picked it up at lunchtime on Monday and the guy rudely said we don’t ring for that. Well I said that’s what I was told. Didn’t care. Won’t be going back. Terrible service.
Words cannot express how happy we are with our rings! Alan helped my now husband design my engagement ring last year with a simple, yet beautiful, green sapphire. I have had earrings made , stones replaced in a bracelet and an earring ,my eternity ring rhodium plated and the claws repaired ,a bracelet enlarged and Rings resized and repaired for my daughters as well as buying a pair of pink sapphire earrings over the last 10 years with this jeweller and everything has been done beautifully and professionally every time. I would recommend this jeweller and all the friendly helpful staff.
