Customer service team is very patient and goes above and beyond. They do all they can to deliver high quality products in a timely manner.
Buyer beware. Bad shipping performance and unacceptable, unresponsive customer service. Still waiting for an order placed weeks ago. This was not my first, nor my last problem with delivery from this company, located about 50 miles away from me. The advertised delivery times, in my opinion, are a misleading and deceptive summary of the actual policies buried in the fine print.
