Maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. General manager not helpful. Property manager helpful and kind. Grounds well maintained. Apartments not ventilated and AC does not work properly and can not be fixed. This is virtually property wide.
Located in beautiful park setting that's well maintained. My building is old and while the apt is spacious, and in decent working order, it really needs updating/renovating, especially bathrooms and outside deck. Office staff and maintenance staff are great. They respond timely and get the job done.
Let's start with pros: Units are spaced good, enough storage to meet a small family needs, washer and dryer in units, very pet friendly. Now the Cons: Residents will make upgrades to units and management will not fix any of those upgrades. They will charge you but then say it's not there problem even thou thats how they rented the unit to someone.
