Tour was great - Gene was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure if he is to blame directly, but once the paperwork started, be prepared to wait around for a decision, possibly weeks, with excuses that make little to no sense. It's a shame. We were really looking forward to moving there, but someone dropped the ball. Big time. Reply to comment - next steps? In the office? You know we live 90 mins away. There are no next steps.
