This man been ripping me off for years...Telling me that my insurance doesn't cover my glasses this year and so on. Went to American Best much cheaper and professional. Please stay away.
I will never get the money or time back I wasted at this place. Went in for an eye exam for an updated contact prescription, and after a 45min wait and rushed exam, I left with an eye glasses prescription. The guy was too busy talking about his other business and houses in France to listen to what I was asking for.
Outstanding service. Whenever I need help, it is provided immediately. Just this week I broke my frames and visited in the late morning and had them repaired and ready to wear in a couple hours. My wife and I ALWAYS receive the best service provided by the most helpful, friendly, and accommodating eye care professionals imaginable. Five stars and two thumbs up!!!
Dr. Bruce is an old-school optometrist that has delivered some of the best service that I've had in literally two decades I was going to LensCrafters in between traveling for work and Cancer care, over the past couple of years and they were giving me garbage prescriptions and kept trying to upsell bifocals that I didn't need.
