Terrible service! The young man on the phones was rude and abrupt when organising a viewing. Didnt do his job and book my appointment time to see the property. I arrived early called to see where he was spoke to a lovely young woman who was very apologetic and explained that they had no record of the viewing. Ended up waiting around for an hour to finally be let into the property that was near derelict inside.. windows boarded up, no back gate, every room in the house needed renevating and redecorating aswell as a new kitche... read more
