can u come tell my neighborhood it he open music it was to loud!!?? every week my whole room it shakes i can't sleep !! don't come live here anyone looking for apartment they never come fix anything for me when i call
cuz this aparments are 100% guetto , are noises, tha personal offc are very nice before u sing ur lease, they are rude. they charge$25.00 dollares 4 trash, in ur lease, cutt off the water with out the notice, and went i call to know what happen they answer is a EMERGENCY. CUT THE WATER 3 OR 4 TIMES A MONTH.
Where do I start? Laundry machines never work, laundry room is filthy. They have been working on the water for months. First no hot water, then No running water, when I have to get ready for work! Maintenance takes too long and then fixes things half assed!!

RecommendedI moved into Wynn Palms from October 1 and their maintenance is great best management if you have an issue they will take care of it very quickly I highly recommend Wynn Palms 5star
