I lost confidence in Dr. Wynn Palmer during my dog's very first tear test. During the exam, Dr. Palmer stood with his back toward me and positioned himself so I couldn't see the test strip. My beloved dog, Morgan, means the world to me, and when he needed a growth removed from his foot, I trusted the care of Dr. Wynn Palmer. During our visit, Dr. Palmer explained in detail how he would perform the surgery, and we scheduled the appointment with him for the very next day. I went there to be with my family, in support of our sweet little pupper Milo. Dr Palmer was very sympathetic to the situation which made it more bearable to endure. Gage professionally assisted Dr Palmer and Milo's passing was very peaceful for all of us. Thank you so much for a bittersweet experience.
I have taken my 11-year-old pomeranian to Dr. Palmer at Animal Care Roy since he was 10 weeks. Over the past 11 years, Dr. Palmer has always been kind, thorough, and informative. We moved to SLC about 6 years ago, and we still continue to make the drive to Roy to see Dr. Palmer and the incredible staff at Anmial Care Roy.
