I recently visited this salon for my nails and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I asked multiple times how long it would take and was told around 45 minutes, but the service ended up taking nearly 2 hours. The quality of the work was not good and did not match the time or the price charged. Finally leaving a review following several poor experiences at this salon. Most recently, giving the team another chance , booking eyelash extensions. Booked online with 5 days notice , received confirmation. Advised on the day of appointment that no one is available to do lashes, as they did not see my booking. Was told I should have called instead of using the online system. Now left unable to find an alternative in time. I am still receiving reminders for my appointment via the online system.
