Ever since they changed to the two guys inside it has completely gone down hill. The last time I went in there (for my wedding nails) I left crying because they couldn’t figure out how to do French tip nails and the guy started yelling at me, because of the confusion. And He still charged me, all he had done was take off my previous set.
I have been going here for months and I never had a problem with their nails however, in the shower when I was washing my hair, it popped off. I called a young woman answered and said don’t worry for free however, when I came in, not only were they late the business was open, but the gentleman said you have to pay to fix it. I told him that’s not what the young lady said and he said that there is a “timeframe “nobody told me about the timeframe. As a mom of two littles, I was appreciative of the care that was given to me. I came Christmas Eve, and I was well taken cared of despite the holiday. I was even given a little gift; how sweet! I highly recommend this place for their hospitality and atmosphere.
My first time ever going there I got a full set which stated in their price list a full set was only like $45 which I got French tips so was expecting a upcharge. Less than a week later my nails start lifting and two pop off so I called and they told me to come in and fix them I was assuming they’d fix them for free considering it was a week later and the nail tech working on my nails told me that the nail tech who originally did my full set used tips that were way too small and that’s why they were coming off.
