Very poor communications and my schnauzer, who was there from 7:45 until 5:30 for a procedure (having received no phone calls from the staff all day) had dry poop on his paws and butt. Had no communication with the vet. I posted a more thorough review yesterday, it was never published.
So happy with Ernie's visit...everyone went above a beyond
The people call my dogs “babies” and I will never recover. They are everything I hope for in a Veterinary relationship. I trust the lobby staff, techs and Vets. This is a great place to have looking after your fur children
