THIS GYM IS A SCAM. i set up a one year contract withthe manager as well as one of the other employees and due to some mix up on their end, they had extended my contract without my knowledge. when i was advised to speak to their accounting team about this, she told me to e transfer her $100 (another person wrote the same thing in their review if you scroll down) and i won’t have to worry about the rest of the charges? this place then kept harassing me to pay when my contract was technically complete. this happened to another... read more
Kids playing and literally injuring themselves with no workers to be seen Steve and management poor. Signing up for Movati after being with this gym for so long (5 years) Miss when Dmitri was part of management and actually paid attention to members feedback. Ruth who is “manager” is useless, not onsite at all and always referee to her email and will scam you and never refund even if her system accidentally charges you - this happened to many members and people I’ve talked to. Excellent customer service and coaching by Basil. He was very polite and took great interest in letting us decide without any pressure. His pickleball clinic was also very interesting allowing us to do mistakes and correcting on oil own to self learn....Awesome experience which made my wife and I to sign for the pickleball program....Srinath Krishnan
I’ve had such a great experience at Wynn! The atmosphere is clean and welcoming.. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Jessica.. She is absolutely amazing, approachable, and always willing to help! She always greets me with a smile and truly goes above and beyond. Her positive energy makes a noticeable difference and you can tell she genuinely cares. Thank you, Jessica, for making every visit feel so welcoming Highly recommend this Gym especially with staff like her :)
