I would not recommend buying at Wynmoor to anyone.The way this community is governed feels antiquated and unnecessarily controlling. There seems to be a lack of emotional intelligence, people skills, and willingness to adapt that starts at the top and filters through the boards, administration, 90% of its employees and even maintenance. Simple conveniences like card-operated laundry and online association payments are still not available, yet association payments are now upwards 700+ per month.
