Nosy and rude neighbors. They key your cars and stalk you. They harrass your guests and security did nothing to help, they just stood there like fools. The gate staff is unpleasant and will scream at your guests. Horrible management, they don’t care if you have a complaint and take forever to fix essential things like elevators, plus HOA has gone up extremely high. You’ll regret moving here
Been here 21 years as my grandmother’s care taker… Recently they made us all of us change from Comcast to Hotwire. Comcast has a way better service. Not happy!!! Recently a random stop sign was put up in front for my place. Not happy!!! A/C went out called ECM…they replaced top and bottom units $6000. The top and bottom unit’s were only 3 years old. I am a recent renter here, 4 months. As long as you don't have to deal with the HOA , the Property Manager, Security....life will be wonderful. Otherwise you will get a unbelievable taste of disrespect, and complete lack of professionalism. I have never been treated with such disrespect as I have here. Keep looking....
