I moved in 3 months ago, and I absolutely love it! The grounds are absolutely magnificent & spotless. My neighbors are friendly & courteous which is just proper etiquette. There r many activities and dancing at least 3xs a week with live Dj! The movie theater is big, clean, comfortable temperature & the latest movies & LIVE SHOWS weekly. The staff r professional and friendly from the guards booth all the way to the management offices. My daughter & I feel very safe here...grateful for that ...
Worst the management I ever seen! The community itself is beautiful – very clean, well maintained, and welcoming at first sight. Unfortunately, the biggest problem at Wynmoor is not the place, but the PEOPLE WORKING IN THE OFFICE. Every interaction with the staff has been a nightmare. They are rude, unhelpful, and treat residents with complete disrespect. Talking to them feels like standing in front of the strictest teacher in school – they act as if their only goal is to make things harder for you, never to help. It’s shock... read more
Like always, the board members and/or council did not do their homework before signing on to the fusion hotwire cable/Internet. Talk about controlling our lives, Hotwire installed the " TV goes to sleep" if you walk out of the room. You have to hit OK to continue watching. The sound goes off. Then the menu pops up again and you have to hit exit- which takes you to another menu! Heaven forbid you are bed bound or lay the remote down where you aren't near it to turn it back on. Nosy and rude neighbors. They key your cars and stalk you. They harrass your guests and security did nothing to help, they just stood there like fools. The gate staff is unpleasant and will scream at your guests. Horrible management, they don’t care if you have a complaint and take forever to fix essential things like elevators, plus HOA has gone up extremely high. You’ll regret moving here
Been here 21 years as my grandmother’s care taker… Recently they made us all of us change from Comcast to Hotwire. Comcast has a way better service. Not happy!!! Recently a random stop sign was put up in front for my place. Not happy!!! A/C went out called ECM…they replaced top and bottom units $6000. The top and bottom unit’s were only 3 years old.
