Beautiful landscaping, bad apartments. Very small gym, and poor maintenence staff
Under new management (Teresa). And...they've added a new office guy (Silas) who is very friendly, caring & attentive.
If you have children between ages 5-16 be advised there is no playground. There is a tot-lot by the office, a sand volleyball area & a basketball court. If you have active children, keep this in mind!
