Management is Just Wrong New and Old They have changed property management companies. They have gotten worst not better. Horrible property. Horrible staff expect Chris he at least tries, but what he has to work with is unprofessional manager. If you do move in check everything, the property is horrible.
NOT WORTH IT!!!! The staff is unbearably rude, the pool is ONLY 3 feet deep, there’s never enough parking between guests and residents. The MANAGER HAS NO REGARD OR HONOR IN HOW HE TREATS HIS RESIDENTS.

Illegal and untrustworthy! Management is not trustworthy! My roommates and I lived here for one year and kept the apartment neat and clean. When we moved out, we scheduled our walk-through with management and they rescheduled it last minute - to a day AFTER we were all moving out! Since we weren't able to be there, they did it without us and kept the security deposit AND charged us hundreds of dollars extra for "damages." New Resident Being on the 4th floor will suck for me, but I so enjoy being close to work, I wouldn't trade that for anything in the world.
Great place I loved living here. The staff is great, the pool is amazing, the grounds are always clean, it is safe, bug-free, nice huge kitchen. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the neighborhood.
