It's a decent community. I like being here. Good walking trails/swimming pool, park(however smaller) . All the amenities are nearby.
I updated my review from 5 starts to 1 star. After 11 month walkthrough, there have been issues that are still not resolved. It has been about 8 months since walk through, and Pulte has failed to provide a date of remedy. Very disappointed.
My husband and I love our Pulte home but very dissatisfied with the response time in returned voicemails. We have had an ongoing issue with our floors since our 11 month walkthrough 6 months ago. We have contacted Pulte multiple times with minimal calls/emails returned. We are more than happy to add more stars to our rating once the issue is resolved.
