FIRST OF ALL ITS TIME FOR A MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT SHOWS CONCERN TO UNIT OWNERS, NOT ONE THAT JUST COLLECTS MONEY. RECENTLY THERE WAS BRICK WORK THAT WAS DONE TO ONE OF THE BUILDING, BECAUSE IT WAS FALLING DOWN FROM MISSING BRICK CLIPS. I HERE THE UNIT OWNER HAD TO NOTIFY THE OFFICE, FOR REPAIR OF THE WALL. NOT BAD IT ONLY TOOK TWO MONTHS TO REPAIR. THEY REPLACED THE BRICKS, I HAVE NEVER SEEN BRICK WORK LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE. IT COMES ALONG WITH CRAP MAINTENANCE.
