Grat place for kids!
Do not go to any owner meeting. They spent 4 hours of our only day here just to screw us. They kept pushing and pushing to where my husband almost had a heart attack. Kansas was one of the women. And she was with a long haired blonde. Kansas also said very ugly snide remarks about me and my husband in front of everyone.to hear. She was also saying bad things about Brandon. Brandon was amazing and we loved him but Kansas is awful and needs to lose her job
This is our first time at Great Smokies Lodge. Really enjoying ourselves .
At check in, there was a lady there trying to give my friends gifts"they weren't interested " and spoke about a gold . As soon as she found out I wasn't a owner. I got sweated down like ex convict in interrogation. I'm 53 years old, she said I was atleast 60. I got roasted by my friends the rest of the trip. 60 jokes all weekend. 🤣 Other than that. If you're looking for a timeshare option? It's a really nice place, and tons of stuff for kids and adults alike.
