Please do not go to this place if you are perimenopausal and needing HRT. For anything else great but they have no clue in regards to perimenopausal healthcare it's scary for any female and having a male deny you HRT is astounding and also labelling you as schizophrenic so be very careful.
I’ve been to a few clinics in Wyndham and this is by far the best.. all the doctors are really good but in particular DR Sam Mostafavi, always takes the time to talk to you and understand all your needs and is very thorough and makes your health worries taken seriously. I’ve been at this clinic for years and all my family now attends this clinic also. The reception staff are really lovely and always happy to help.
I'm a long term patient and have found the staff always helpful and polite - my Doctor has always taken time to explain my ailment and I've never been rushed out.
Very slow, didn't take things seriously until I had to go to the hospital as I a sepsis
I have a severe chest infection, booked an appointment, called to say that I have flu like symptoms was told I need a Covid test. Did that and brought it with me, it was negative. I was made to feel like a was a lepper. The way the receptionist looked at me then gathered the other front desk staff to look at the test then treat me like crap. I was given a buzzer and a mask and told to wait in my car. It was so rude and condescending. Made me feel even worse than I already was!
