while the doctor we visit , Dr. Satish is one of the best we have ever visited, the receptionists especially the senior ones are horribly rude. they behave as if, we are calling them to take away all of their savings or their property. the management must get rid of rude and hostile sounding behavior. either they are working too much or they have build this kind of nature over time. check the remaining reviews for similar concerns. -5 for the rude receptionists
Doctors are good but the appointment time is always delayed for more than 45 mins
Very disappointing experience with the wait times at this medical centre. On several occasions—at least 5 or 6 times—we have waited around an hour past our appointment time to see the doctor. I have always seen the same doctor, but I have intentionally not included their name because I do not know whether this issue is limited to this particular doctor or reflects a broader problem with the centre’s scheduling. I have known Dr. Sathish for more than 10 years, and he has always been an excellent doctor. He is highly experienced, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and always provides the best possible care. His kindness and dedication have earned my complete trust over the years.
