I have visited this clinic 5 times and all the times the wait time is more than an hour. The bookings online are every 10 mins doctors taking more appointments than they can accomodate. Please fix the waiting system.
The clinic has made me wait over an hour on all three visits, with the longest wait nearly reaching 90 minutes. Despite knowing about the issue, the practice has made no effort to improve the situation. Best to avoid.
Receptionist named sally needs to go work in a warehouse or something.. she’s unprofessional and highly rude and mannerless person..
Poor front desk staff...absolutely pathetic and quite rude behaviour...doctors are good , but the front desk staff is unscrupulous. Fire all of them. I am wondering if they really watch reviews?
