Your Gatlinburg location has very poor customer service. We stayed there for 3 nights this May. One night was supposed to be free because we had a certificate. However my credit card was billed for 3 nights. I called them 15 times and got answered twice. They said a manager would call. Been over a week and still no call. I’m going to report this to my CC company. Also the room was not ready for check in and was not clean. The breakfast was boiled eggs and sausage links. Not what most people call a breakfast.
If you respond to this review i will delete this message and repost a positive review that guarantees increased revenue and customers (100 % proven already by every business or organization i have reviewed ) Due to the fact im watched worldwide 24/7 by billions of people. I usually stay in other hotels for business and pleasure. First time I booked a room with Wyndham hotel. Called their number to see if they can link the stay to my profile. Not possible!!! Spoke to 2 different agents and was waiting for the 3rd. Waste of time. Terrible customer service. No body knows what’s going one.
First allow me to express my feelings of the experience with dismay! This was the worse experience ever and I am 55 years old, travelled the world under this hotel establishment I will cancel my membership and have my family do the same. I call this number to make a complaint about I can not get a returns awards card since they have taken over from Laquinta hotels. And customer service said they can help. Ever time I call Wyndham hotels I can't understand the English of their call center people. Their Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. GM
