First the Super 8 by Wyndham in Shawnee,OK, is a motel, a very nasty motel with nasty people working there. It was 1am, he was upset I woke him, he smelled of weed, and then told me I didn't have a reservation. I showed him I had paid for 2 rooms with 2 queens for my kids and grandkids traveling. So then I had asked several times prior for adjoining rooms, he said they didn't have that but instead gave me 1 room 410 and another 502. If I could leave NEGATIVES STARS I would. My friend died leaving me her Wyndham ownership in her will. She wanted me to travel. Wyndham told me I had to have a very small ownership first and they would blend the two ownerships together. Did that and then they said oops just kidding - we will not be honoring the will/probate. Tried to void the contract for my “small ownership” as a result of their decision and they said - sorry for your luck but no takes backsies. I despise this company. Looking up hotels, would usually avoid a Wyndham from horrible preivous experiences. However, at the small town I'm looking to stay, not many options. So I thought I'd check reviews. YIKES! Do better. An AirBnB it will be for me! I really hope you take this seriously, would love to see your chain turn around for the better.
avoid Wyndham garden at Kansas City airport, their manager Haydee Bernal overcharge the pet fees, we signed the pet fee agreement as $40 per stay, but charge for $40 per night. And I point out she is wrong, but she just never dare to reply me, what a dishonest business! All the pet lovers should avoid that hotel
