Excellent communication and customer service skills
All staff are friendly polite and professional. The vet nurses are extremely professional. At what they do and their services are 10 /10 we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
My friend brought her cat here due to severe constipation. He underwent surgery and was discharged, despite having fluid in his lungs. They were not informed that the condition or procedure could be fatal. Later that night, his condition rapidly declined and he struggled to breathe or function properly. They rushed him to another veterinary clinic, where the vets sadly explained that there was nothing they could do and that their little fur baby had to sadly be put down. Shame on you.
