Gets a low score mainly due to the receptionist I dealt with today (Friday 22nd), who was just really unpleasant to deal with (unhelpful, clearly not interested in even making an effort to be pleasant to people).
I came in with my 6 month old who was diagnosed with bronchitis two weeks prior. I was worried about his breathing. When we went in the ladies swabbed him and tried to check his sats. Then the doctor came in. He was so rude and acted like I was wasting his time. He listened to bubs chest and said “he’s got asthma. Do you have it? Unfortunately nothing you can do” and literally left the room. This joint is absolutely brilliant!! Sorry guys forgot your names as I was pretty crook when I came in, but the nurse, reception and doctor on Sunday where all class 1 A+++ in my books. Worst flu I have had in my life, even argued with the doc this is more than just flu, meet with a raised eyebrow, and told, yeah it's bad this year. Thanks once again. Best government funded health care in Australia.
