The lady is terrible when I try to make a booking for CT scan. She is not listening at all! I told her I need CT scan for my sinus. She was asking me the details, Then I read it from the refer details. she said you need to go back to your GP. Cause not enough details. I explain again and said to her, it was for my sinus. She said: that is the information she needs. She sounds grumpy and not listening at all. Extremely terrible on the phone. She needs another job.
No issues with staff, but for a newish building it seems very run down, and be aware the carpark is all paid ($30 for 5 hours max) with 15min courtesy period, quite a few in the area with the same services
🏥 The Wyndham Private Medical Centre is excellent! The doctors are not only highly skilled but also very helpful and approachable, making every visit smooth and reassuring. Friendly staff and great care all around. Highly recommended! 🌟
