The area is an absolute noise fest. Sirens blowing 24 hours a day. Yesterday for hours police helicopters circled the area... so crime, yeah. The rooms are nice and well stocked and there are miles of walking paths... daylight only!

If you’re thinking about doing a timeshare exchange for this location, please read this!! This is the biggest “bait and switch” place you will ever go to for a time share exchange. We have been doing time share vacations for over 20 years and have never been this “scammed”! When you go the web- site, you see these nice big resort, with high rise resort style buildings, with sites and balcony’s overlooking the pools and landscape. We stayed in an Areca Palm two bedroom plus unit, which had a wraparound porch which was enormous, and stretched between both bedrooms and the living area. We enjoyed the pool at our building, but there were also several other pools you could choose from. The results also had a few evening activities, such as karaoke, which some of the children enjoyed. Parking was easy, although they could’ve given us a better directions on how to get to the main entrance of the building we were staying in. We were quite content at the pool... read more

Spent a lot of time getting my group in the same building, to wake up in 3 different buildings. Was passed around to different managers no one taking responsibility. Karaoke was too much religious music. With people not staying at the resort singing, instead of members. No shuttle running. So many disappointments either this resort!
