This was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first! The entire staff was always friendly, respectful, and helpful. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, very comfortable beds, great shower pressure, and even an in-room jacuzzi. The living and dining areas were spacious and the balcony was a big plus with its beautiful view of Pompano Beach. This hotel is a joke, they literally forced you to assist to those sales meeting even though you booked your room all by yourself and you let them know that you already have plans and no interest on spending 90+ minutes of your day for those meeting. They make look like if I want to stay in that hotel I have to go to those meetings no matter what. The room is spacious yes but not well maintained. They charged me a $111-dollar housekeeping fee for being there less then 7 nights. The room was nice, and the location was good, but that fee is not ok. I will avoid this company in the future.

This is NOT a resort. The rooms are spacious and there are plenty of activities of a great hotel. But the dining experience was not the best and there is no room service. Must ALWAYS eat off site. Plenty of places to shop and eat within walking distance though. Very clean. Staff is very hospitable.
