Just got back from a trip here. Had to wait until almost 6pm to check in because the room wasn’t ready, on the second day we found a cockroach in the kitchen, later to find the garbage area right outside absolutely infested with them. Disgusting.

We are here now. Rooms are nice except we had AC problems. They brought a portable one but it's still to warm for us. Alot needs fixing. Locks on doors, ect .The people at the Wyndham meetings were very rude except Andrew. He was super nice. We have stayed at several different Wyndham's. This is our worst experience yet with the presentation. We heard they had new managers. Hopefully it will get better. Thanks Clyde Arnold, Sarah Akins

I arrived to dirty bedding with dead bugs in the sheets. I was traveling for work and asked repeatedly for two days to have my sheets changed while out during the day, and arrived back each day to the same dirty bedding. Finally, on my final night, I returned to a baggie of random linens at my door with a *dishwasher* pod inside.

I stay at Wyndham properties quite often because of customer service and cleanliness. The staff at ocean ridge are inconsiderate rude and lack honesty and integrity. My room was not clean and I requested 3 sponges so I could clean the bathrooms myself. They said they could only give me one. So I suppose I was supposed to clean dishes and bathroom with one sponge. We blissfully Happy Time Share owners. Love Wyndham! Get those "cancel your time share" ads all the time...waste of time as we are very pleased with our Club Wyndham ownership. Edisto Beach is a favorite of ours. Long drive, so we come here less often, but love it! First time at South Point...4 bedrooms on three floors (king in a loft) and in classic Wyndham style are beautiful and very well equipped, maintained and friendly staff. We just refuse to go to the meetings! The meetings can ruin your mood. But we love Wyndham!
