This is part of my timeshare and it's a great location. Off the strip, but with extra amenities like kitchen, pool, jacuzzi. Lots of parking, easy to get in and out of.

Suites are a little smaller that what I have been accustomed to using Wyndham. Based on the historic age of the building and it being on the Riverwalk, it was a nice place. The computer system used at check in was the old "dos" system and was a little disappointing. Staff was very polite and helpful. Didn't like the fact that we had to park about a block away and pay to park ($12/day). There was 15 minute parking for loading & unloading, but the signs were obscure and there was only enough room for 3 average size cars. There... read more

This is their "National Headquarters"? Pathetic... – It's a nice spot right on the strip, but the service couldn't treat you like dirt any more than it already is. We arrived late at night so they wouldn't give us a parking pass until morning, so in the morning I went to get one and they had already given me a parking ticket and threatened to tow my car. We go to work out the next morning and our card doesn't let us back in, so we went to the front desk and are scolded for not having our ID (in the fitness room?)on us and ha... read more

Great Hotel BUT... – It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

ST THOMAS HOTEL ON 300 BLOCK OF TRAVIS – Not acceptable at all.First time in the city and i was very disappointed.The walls,carpet bathroom and pool was below par.I was a scout for a possible entourage come this summer.Definate NO.Over priced although the staff were fairly pleasant for this experience. Walked throughout the city tonight and found better choices at Hyatt,Best Western or even Holiday Inn down the street.Only positive was Governor Arnold's picture at the reception.

Big Mistake dealing with Wyndham San Antonio. Best hotel at seaside! – You have to stay here! its right infront of the beach. The rooms are very nice and BIG. (depends which ones, I normaly stay in the 3 bedroom one, but I havnt seen the smaller ones.) This is a great vacation spot my family and I go to, theres always stuff to do in just the resort alone, like swimming, playing in the recreation room (pool,futsball,videogames,big tv for movies, workout room, PINGPONG!) . This resort is a nice place to hangout from a longs day at the beach. :) a must.

Never Again – My Wife and I booked 5 nights with Wyndham, Tues - Sat, We worked all day Tuesday packed up the car and Drove the 5 hours to San Antonio. We unpacked the car, and got right into bed. on Wednesday 28 Apr 2010 while making the bed we found a grapefruit sized dried HUMAN BLOOD stain on the sheets, bed spread and mattress pad. it was about knee level.
