Although the receptionist checked me in and I had a confirmation email for my appointment, a system error made me register as ‘not attended’ to my doctor. I waited for my doctor for 45 minutes feeling very sick with a severe infection, and turns out my doctor had left for the day. The receptionists were too busy to notice I still haven’t been attended to. They managed to change my doctor so I can be seen, and luckily they waived the fee.
