Wanted to see Dr Sarah, receptionist said very busy, about hour wait, went to plaza across road and receptionist called us when next in line to be seen by Dr Sarah. Dr. Sarah Shahzad is one of the most thorough doctors have been to, leaves no stone unturned. Caring, thorough and understanding and very professional listens to what you have to say and gets results. As my usual doctor is no longer readily available and Dr Sarah was recommended I couldn't be happier and wouldn't go anywhere else.
One star seems too much! We were limited to a 5 minute appointment and in that 5 minutes the doctor couldn't have been less interested if he tried. The doctor only treated the less important/quick fix issue and ignored the major issue which was lack of blood flow to extremities. He also received a call to hurry up while we were in there, and in his rush to push us out the door he forgot to write the requested Carer's Cert and was unhappy when we reminded him. Olga Brown
Has changed a lot since my bad last review. So changing it now. Some doctors are amazing and don’t rush. Waiting times has improved a lot. Reception is good and helpful too.
Just a heads up: FYI: Expect to wait atleast 2hrs waiting time. Average wait time is around 1hr30mins on less busy days but if you get lucky 45mins is the fastest!! (Early in the morning when they open) most of the time between 2-3hrs wait. My best so far was 3hrs and 15mins (with appointment) during pre-covid. Also don't get your hopes up if you get told "you're next" coz you're not and still need to wait 1hr or so.
