I've been going to WHC for decades, back when it was called 5 Star Clinic. And cant fault it. Sure, wait times can be long but remember, other people want medical attention too - just like you. As for the doctors, some may be "below par" but no everybody's perfect. And I've been seen by many a doctor there and havent had any problems - not that i can remember. As for the staff, no problems with them either.

The lack of education these Drs have is very concerning and they're incredibly rude. Have been told mid appointment to go wait in the waiting room so our Dr could leave for lunch. I waited 8 hours for an important call back , Reception said "How do you expect the Dr to call you when they're at home?" Well, reception told me to wait by the phone for them to call me! Health issues are rarely addressed even severe breathing issues and palpitations were shrugged off and not even looked at. Told I look too tired so they've resche... read more
