They were very busy over spring break so our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they comped our breakfast which was nice. The only complaint I have is there's paint peeling and junk in the hot tub and it's uncomfortable to step on, and we checked in Friday night, the chlorine in the hot tub was so bad on Saturday we couldn't sit in the tub without terrible eye burn...it was really disappointing.
Everything was great! Hotel and room were clean and nice, had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was great. Waterpark was fantastic, 0 complaints!
Came for the water park, and the kids had a blast on the slides. The water was heated and the lifeguards seemed attentive. That said, a few operational issues left something to be desired. Guests aren’t allowed to bring reusable water bottles into the park, leaving you dependent on tiny plastic cups that felt both wasteful and impractical. Towels were also frequently running out, which made for some frustrating waits.
