Stayed for 2 days while attending a wedding in town. The hotel had hot water problems while we checked in. Staff was up front, kind, and adjusted price due to problem. The water was fixed within 12 hours! Would gladly stay again!
We went here just for the water park on 7/16. I worked as a lifeguard at this water park when it opened around ‘05. Upon visiting I was appalled at the lack of upkeep. Paint is peeling on the walls, floors, and pool bottoms. Part of the basketball area was broken as were numerous other small decor details. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Some (Justin from Commons in particular) went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The waterpark was clean, arcade was fun. Overall a good family weekend trip
The rooms are alright. They get the job done. The breakfast is horrible. Sour apple juice, bad tasting muffins, and weird tasting eggs. If you come here, have a meal plan.
