Drug and alcohol ward - they'll pump you with pills and feed you. That's it. No actual tools to be learnt for when it's time to go. 80% of staff are useless, just sit in there box all day. I did not once witness a staff member go out of their way to talk to a client, working in aod you'd think they'd make a little effort Not a rehab, more like a below average holiday that will set you back nearly 21k without private health. We had an incredible experience today with my daughter's teeth operation. The hospital was immaculate with modern facilities. The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful and professional. My 3 year old was put at ease. Everyone worked as a team and it was wonderful to see this dynamic. Great service. Definitely worth every cent.
I attended this place for a procedure 3/7/2025 and I was just blown away by how professional the nurses and the doctors were,I was treated like I was one of the family and they are all such caring and so helpful and great human beings ,just love this place to bits.The best hospital I have ever been too and I have been to a few,wonderful beautiful people
Same level as public hospitals, getting an extra pillow to accommodate back problems was outside of their problem solving skills. Was given high levels of opiates and diazepam even tho substance history was made clear. After they relapsed me with meds they discharged me for erratic behaviour which should have been foreseen by Drs..
