This place doesn't care about you? Looks nice but they won't let you in unless they r happy or want too? Great facilities but but not sure about the drs?
Day care seems take make up most of the reviews, the AOD/Mental 28 day program: - Prescribed meds day 1 -> found out about them 8 days into stay - Put in Feedback form regarding this -> discharged from program 2 days later - Post Care: Given 20% of meds for 10 days on what I was taking during stay. Recommended for people who like to take challenge in life to next level.
I have been attending this facility since 2021. It EXCELS , in therapeutic practices & is great place to Mentally Recover and or Rehabilitate AOD / respite. NB****You do have to remember These important things Though. and I stress this politely: 1. Generally it's voluntary 2. Respect the staff they're doing their duty of care as working humans it's rewarding but however it is taxing work. 3. Absolutely disgusting to tell a patient you'll reach out to them, knowing they're out of medication, only to not call. Extremely upset, and quite frankly angry. 17/11/25. I will be putting a formal complaint forward.
With the low reviews I wanted to take the time to leave my own review here. I was booked at Wyndham Clinic Private Hospital for a specialist dental procedure. The front desk staff were friendly and communicated very clearly. The nurse who admitted me was friendly and communicated every step of the process clearly and made me feel at ease. Post surgery I woke up in a recovery bed, and the nurse there explained everything from how long I was out to how the procedure went calmly and friendly.
