Our favorite place to stay in the city! Very friendly staff and beautiful grounds ❤️
This resort was absolutely amazing! It was great to see the New Orleans charm throughout the building. The location is perfect as it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to everything. The staff was very friendly and professional. They made me feel welcome. Perfect location on the St. Charles streetcar line with lots of local eateries and coffee shops. It's a resort so be prepared to either get or ignore the sales pitch. Enjoy delicious cocktails and fine dining at the 5 star on-site restaurant or relax in the many lovely sitting areas, library or pool. On site security 24/7 and friendly, professional staff.
The front desk associates were professional and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and easily accessible. The location is awesome too.
