Club Wyndham is the way to go for Mardi gras. The parades go right in front of the hotel.
From the moment I walked in I could feel the disdain by the staff, especially the concierge. I have an idea of why bc it was all over their faces . Wow what a miserable experience. This place seems to be run by bitter young staffers who seem unapologetic of any accountability. What a joke! *Side note* (In 4 days, no one came in the room to provide towels or offer new sheets as I was going to put them on the bed. I got attitude whenever I needed help of any kind.) Not again.
